Job Description

Messrs Moni Enterprise-New is an authorized distributor of bKash, one of Bangladesh’s leading mobile financial service providers. The organization is seeking a skilled and responsible Operation Manager to oversee field operations, team management, reporting, and business performance in assigned areas.

The role requires strong leadership ability, target-oriented mindset, and excellent computer skills to ensure smooth distribution operations and achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee daily operational activities of the distribution business

Manage and supervise field teams to ensure target achievement

Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports using MS Word and Excel

Monitor sales and distribution performance and ensure business growth

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures

Coordinate with field staff and maintain smooth communication flow

Analyze market performance and support decision-making through reporting

Ensure client and merchant relationship management in assigned areas

Monitor team productivity and take corrective actions when needed

Support sales and marketing activities to achieve targets

Maintain discipline, workflow efficiency, and operational control

Conduct regular field visits and supervise area-based activities
