Job Context

• LAMB is a major mission hospital and community health development organization working across North West Bangladesh, serving over 6.3 million people. The organization is hiring a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for the MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) Project based in Nilphamari District.
• The role focuses on implementing strong M&E systems, ensuring data quality, supporting government health systems integration, and strengthening evidence-based decision-making in public health programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement MEAL framework and monitoring plans at district and upazila levels
• Ensure accurate data entry into DHIS2, DGHS, DGFP MIS, and related systems
• Collect, validate, compile, and report routine, monthly, and quarterly project data
• Coordinate with government counterparts for data integration into national systems
• Conduct data quality assessments (DQA) and field monitoring visits
• Analyze performance trends and provide feedback for program improvement
• Ensure accuracy of registers, reports, and digital records
• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
