Job Context

• reputed organization is implementing the Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) under the Department of Roads and Highways, Government of Bangladesh, in collaboration with mPower-Ad-Din. The project aims to improve emergency response and public safety services through trained volunteer networks.
• We are hiring Supervisors (Bystander Care) to coordinate field-level volunteer activities, ensure effective response management, and support life-saving road safety interventions across multiple districts.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of trained volunteers
• Coordinate real-time volunteer deployment during incidents via call center
• Supervise and verify field-level volunteer activities
• Submit reports on engagement, challenges, and service quality
• Support refresher training and volunteer communication
• Monitor digital engagement and activity records
• Ensure quality assurance of field response systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of volunteer coordination system
