Job Context

• Bangla-German Sampreeti (BGS) is a national-level development organization working to improve livelihood opportunities for unemployed youth. The organization is hiring Job Placement Officers to support employment linkage, employer networking, and job placement activities for trained beneficiaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main focal person for job placement of project beneficiaries
• Develop and maintain linkages with industries and employers
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with employers
• Conduct regular follow-up and monitoring of placed candidates
• Track employment status and support retention of job seekers
• Identify new job opportunities and placement sectors
• Maintain a database of trainees and placement records
• Prepare regular reports for management
• Perform any additional duties assigned by authority
