Job Context

• Bangla-German Sampreeti (BGS) is a national-level development organization working to improve employment opportunities for unemployed youth. The organization is hiring Job Placement Officers to support job linkage, employer coordination, and employment tracking of trained beneficiaries in different districts.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the focal person for job placement of project beneficiaries
• Develop and maintain linkages with industries, factories, and employers
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with employers
• Conduct regular follow-up, monitoring, and tracking of employed youth
• Provide motivation and support to ensure job retention
• Identify new job placement opportunities for trained students
• Maintain a database of trainees, job placements, and related records
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the authority
