Job Description
  • The Production Manager – Frozen Food will oversee the complete production operations of frozen food products such as nuggets, sausages, paratha, singara, and samosa. The role ensures efficient production flow, strict food safety compliance, quality control, and achievement of production targets. The position requires strong leadership to manage factory operations while optimizing resources, reducing waste, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Oversee daily frozen food production operations including all product lines
  • Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet output targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, GMP, and ISO
  • Supervise production staff and manage factory workforce efficiently
  • Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage
  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and utilization of production machinery
  • Coordinate with QA/QC and supply chain departments for smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety protocols are strictly followed
  • Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
