Job Context

• JiaMei Industries (BD) Ltd is a 100% foreign-invested manufacturing company in Bangladesh engaged in fan motor and padlock production. The company is expanding its industrial operations and is seeking an experienced Painting Production Technician to manage and maintain advanced industrial painting systems used in manufacturing processes.
• This role is focused on ensuring smooth operation of painting production machinery and maintaining high-quality finishing standards in mass production.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all painting production machinery including electro painting machines, vacuum coating machines, and electrostatic painting systems
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of painting processes during production cycles
• Select and manage appropriate raw materials such as paint, varnish, and related chemical materials
• Monitor painting quality, consistency, and finishing standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues in painting systems
• Support machine calibration and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure safety compliance during chemical and painting operations
• Coordinate with production teams to meet daily output targets
