Job Responsibilities

• Identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
• Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business
• Achieve monthly and periodic sales targets
• Prepare regular visit plans and identify target customers
• Follow bank policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication
• Resolve customer issues and provide customer support
• Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up reports
