Job Context

• MH Group of Companies, one of the fastest-growing business conglomerates in Bangladesh, is hiring for its Real Estate Division. The company is looking for experienced and creative professionals for the position of Sr. Executive / Executive - Digital Marketing to strengthen online branding, customer engagement, and lead generation activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Identify target customers and run lead generation campaigns
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Schedule and publish posts, captions, stories, and promotional content regularly
• Handle Facebook boosting and social media advertising campaigns
• Monitor social media performance and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams for campaign planning
• Support SEO, email marketing, and online promotional activities when needed
