Job Context
  • Accord Housing & Developments Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee overall business operations, ensure organizational growth, and lead departmental activities effectively. The role requires strong leadership, business planning, and operational management skills to drive performance and achieve company objectives.
  • The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing business strategies, supervising teams, improving productivity, and ensuring smooth coordination among departments. The candidate will also play a key role in decision-making, business expansion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale operations within a professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor daily/monthly/yearly work plan as set by the management.
  • Supervise the work progress and performance of the subordinates on a regular basis.
  • Ensure safety, security and discipline in the work places, offices and sites.
  • Scheme preparation, measurement, calculation & supervision of infrastructural work.
  • Check and finalize all the bills of the contractor related to Engineering works.
  • Have an excellent communication ability to consult with architects, engineers and other technical personnel.
  • To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, electrical, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.
  • Ensure cost effective construction of project.
  • Expertise in completing the project in the given timeline.
  • Overseeing all the Details of the Project from beginning to end.
  • Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
  • Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
  • Must be responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high construction quality standards.
  • Any work related to site management & as assigned by the department.
  • Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday (09:30 AM to 06:00 PM).
