Job Context

• This is an entry-level leadership development program designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build a long-term career in the banking sector. As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), you will undergo structured training in different banking functions such as general banking, credit, risk management, operations, and customer service.
• The role is aimed at developing future banking professionals and potential leaders of SBAC Bank through intensive learning, on-the-job training, and performance-based evaluation.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering all major banking functions
• Learn and assist in general banking operations, customer service, and branch activities
• Support credit analysis, loan processing, and risk assessment activities
• Assist in preparing financial reports, documents, and banking records
• Understand and follow regulatory compliance and banking policies
• Work with different departments to gain practical banking experience
• Support branch operations and customer relationship management
• Handle assigned tasks and projects during rotation in different departments
• Develop knowledge of digital banking systems and financial products
• Maintain professional behavior and meet training performance requirements
• Contribute to improving service quality and operational efficiency
