Job Context

• Unison Apparel Souring BD. is looking for highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialists / Performance Marketers to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for fashion and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have expertise in campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and revenue growth strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Build high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Develop audience targeting strategies, including lookalike and retargeting audiences.
• Monitor campaign metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop effective ad creatives.
• Test multiple creatives, campaign structures, and marketing hooks.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Track customer behavior and optimize the marketing funnel.
• Manage catalog ads, dynamic ads, and remarketing campaigns.
• Work with international teams and maintain coordination with Netherlands and Turkey offices.

• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field preferred
