Job Context

• VOICE (Voices for Interactive Choice and Empowerment) is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Content Creator for the project “Supporting Media During Transition Period in Bangladesh”, funded by International Media Support (IMS). The role focuses on creating impactful digital content and strengthening communication, advocacy, and awareness on media freedom, journalists’ safety, digital rights, and social issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging digital content including posters, photo cards, infographics, and audio-visual materials for social media and campaigns.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to promote content across social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for project documentation and storytelling.
• Edit multimedia content including photos, videos, reels, and short documentaries aligned with project goals.
• Support campaign material development focused on media freedom, digital rights, and civic engagement.
• Prepare progress reports and communication materials for donors.
• Ensure all content follows organizational branding and communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with programme and communication teams to transform complex issues into visually engaging content.
• Maintain organized digital archives of media assets and content outputs.
• Monitor audience engagement and recommend improvements for content reach and impact.
