Job Description
  • This position is responsible for supervising front office operations for a USA-based hospitality client while working remotely from Dhaka. The role involves managing guest service standards, coordinating with hotel departments, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations using hotel property management systems. The candidate must have strong hospitality experience, leadership ability, and excellent English communication skills to support international hotel operations.
  • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred

    • Age 22 to 40 years
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Supervise daily front office operations during assigned shifts
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality guest service standards
  • Train, guide, and support front desk associates and night auditors
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain accurate room status
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Prepare and review daily operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and policies
  • Work with Property Management Systems (PMS) and reporting tools
  • Maintain smooth communication between departments
  • Support operational decision-making as Manager on Duty when required
  • Assist other departments when operational support is needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management
