Job Description
  • This position is a performance-focused digital marketing role in an e-commerce and herbal wellness brand. The Experienced Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (primarily Facebook/Meta Ads) to drive product sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The role requires strong expertise in digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on campaign management in a fast-paced in-house marketing environment.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for product sales and brand growth
  • Develop winning ad creatives and test multiple ad variations for performance improvement
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for optimal reach and conversion
  • Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI and ROAS
  • Perform campaign testing, scaling, and budget allocation strategies
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improve conversions, and reduce cost per result
  • Manage pixel setup, conversion tracking, and basic funnel optimization
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
  • Run daily campaign monitoring and optimization (including evening/night adjustments if required)
  • Continuously experiment with new strategies, creatives, and targeting methods
  • Ensure consistent sales performance through paid media channels
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for management
