Job Description
  • This is a hybrid technical–HR role focused on automating HR processes and building data-driven HR systems. The HR Tech & Automation Specialist will design and implement automation solutions for HR workflows, analyze HR data, and develop dashboards to support decision-making. The role sits at the intersection of HR operations, software development, and data analytics.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for HR documents and workflows
  • Design scripts and tools to automate repetitive HR tasks (onboarding, employee updates, performance systems, budgeting processes)
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making
  • Build HR dashboards for recruitment, turnover, attendance, and performance tracking
  • Integrate data from HRIS, Excel, and databases into unified reporting systems
  • Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve HR systems and digital workflows
  • Provide technical support and training to HR teams on automation tools
  • Maintain and optimize HR data systems and reporting pipelines
  • Support continuous improvement of HR technology infrastructure
