Job Description
  • Greenland Group is hiring experienced MEP Foremen for construction projects under China State in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities, coordinating field teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with project schedules and safety regulations. The selected candidates will be responsible for leading site operations and ensuring successful execution of MEP works.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Supervise daily MEP installation activities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
  • Assign and monitor tasks for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
  • Review shop drawings and ensure installations comply with project specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues to avoid project delays.
  • Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems and equipment for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards and manufacturer requirements.
  • Enforce workplace safety procedures, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Maintain site progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Support overall project execution while adhering to safety and operational standards.
