Job Description
  • A reputed 3-star hotel in Turkey is seeking experienced Waiters to provide excellent dining services and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Candidates with overseas hotel experience will receive preference.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
  • Assist with table setup and clearing before and after service.
  • Follow hotel hygiene, food safety, and service procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries courteously and professionally in English.
  • Support team members during busy service periods and maintain a positive dining experience for guests.
