Job Description
  • Bengal Commercial Bank PLC is looking for a competent and experienced professional for the position of Manager to strengthen its banking operations. The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and excellent understanding of banking procedures and compliance to ensure smooth branch/departmental performance and service excellence.

  • Supervise daily banking operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Bank rules and internal policies
  • Manage customer service quality and resolve complex client issues
  • Oversee financial transactions, reporting, and documentation accuracy
  • Monitor branch/department performance and ensure target achievement
  • Lead, guide, and support team members for productivity improvement
  • Ensure proper risk management and fraud prevention measures
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
