A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Official/s for the following post:

Job Title: Product and Process Development Officer for Retail Distribution

Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office

Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Executive Officer.

Education

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Responsibilities & Context

To design, develop, and enhance banking products and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement new banking products and service offerings aligned with business strategy

Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience

Collaborate with business units, IT, and operations for smooth product rollout

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy

Ensure all products and processes comply with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies

Monitor product performance and process effectiveness, recommending improvements

Prepare detailed documentation, process manuals, and SOPs for new and revised products

Support training and awareness programs for staff on new products and processes
