Job Description
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Professional experience in a similar managerial position.
  • Proven experience working with CCT and SHGs.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide overall leadership, coordination, and technical oversight of the project as per approved proposal.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
  • Ensure alignment with donor requirements and achievement of project outcomes and impact.
  • Integrate gender-responsive and socially inclusive approaches in all interventions.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ensure effective financial management.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with donor and SHALOM guidelines.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage project staff, consultants, and field teams.
  • Build capacity of team members and community groups (CCT, SHGs).
  • Maintain strong partnerships with communities, CSOs, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the project in technical forums, coordination platforms, and policy dialogues.
  • Ensure proper implementation of MEAL framework, reporting, and documentation.
  • Capture lessons learned, best practices, and impact stories.
  • Facilitate learning events and ensure effective community feedback mechanisms.
