Job Description

Maintain accurate records of fabric stock, trims stock, including receipts, issues, and balances.

Regularly conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.

Ensure proper storage of fabrics to prevent damage or quality deterioration.

Organize and optimize the layout of the store for efficient operations.

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Age 35 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context

Implement and enforce fabric storage standards, trims storage standard including temperature, humidity, and cleanliness controls.

Maintain proper documentation of all transactions.

Supervise and guide the store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Provide regular reports to management on fabric stock levels, issues, and requirements.

Collaborate with production, planning, and quality control teams to ensure fabric and trims availability aligns with production schedules.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies regarding fabric and accessories storage and handling.

Monitor usage and minimize wastage during storage and handling.

Address and resolve issues related to fabric/accessories shortages, quality discrepancies, or delivery delays.

Implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies or operational inefficiencies.

Any other tasks assigned by the management.
