Job Description
  • Maintain accurate records of fabric stock, trims stock, including receipts, issues, and balances.
  • Regularly conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Ensure proper storage of fabrics to prevent damage or quality deterioration.
  • Organize and optimize the layout of the store for efficient operations.
  • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Implement and enforce fabric storage standards, trims storage standard including temperature, humidity, and cleanliness controls.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Supervise and guide the store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to management on fabric stock levels, issues, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and quality control teams to ensure fabric and trims availability aligns with production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies regarding fabric and accessories storage and handling.
  • Monitor usage and minimize wastage during storage and handling.
  • Address and resolve issues related to fabric/accessories shortages, quality discrepancies, or delivery delays.
  • Implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies or operational inefficiencies.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
