  • This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at Nitol Insurance Company PLC. The Front Desk Officer is responsible for maintaining a professional front office environment, handling customer interactions, and supporting administrative communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Provide basic information about company services and direct queries to relevant departments
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front desk logs/registers
  • Handle courier, mail, and document distribution
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks when required
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in office communication
  • Handle customer complaints politely and forward them to concerned departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
