Job Description
  • A reputed garments manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial & Production Engineer to enhance production efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of resources. The role involves planning, monitoring, and improving production processes in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Ensure factory production planning & management, quality control, supply chain management for optimizing the efficiency and reduce the cost.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Design, implement and oversee improvements to the production workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production-related problems and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and take quality control measures to ensure that product specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage the supply chain and ensure timely production.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in production engineering.
  • To coordinate with HR for proper recruitment of worker.
  • To conduct in-house training for skill development.
  • Any other job assigned by the Management.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new production technologies.

  • Providing technical support to production teams and addressing technical issues.
