Job Context

• A reputed spinning mill is seeking skilled and responsible candidates for the position of Production Officer (P.O) / Quality Control Officer (Q.C.O). The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing production activities in the spinning section and ensuring the quality of yarn meets required standards.
• The role involves monitoring production processes, maintaining machine efficiency, and ensuring quality control at every stage of textile manufacturing. The candidate must be able to work in a factory environment and coordinate with production and quality teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in the spinning section
• Ensure smooth operation of spinning machines
• Monitor production targets and efficiency
• Coordinate with machine operators and technicians
• Minimize production loss and downtime
• Maintain production reports and records
• Quality Control Officer (Q.C.O)
• Inspect raw materials and finished yarn quality
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify defects and take corrective actions
• Conduct regular quality checks during production
• Maintain QC documentation and reports
• Coordinate with production team for quality improvement
